All of our shorts use a proprietary blended cotton/polyester/elastic 2-way stretch fabric that gives you the look and feel of regular short, but with the fast drying capabilities of a swim short. Our fabric is then pigment printed for vibrant colors, then hand sewn with ultimate precision. Once sewn, they are stone washed to give it a unique vintage look and feel.
Party Pants helps you get the party started! Each pair of Party Pants comes equipped with a Ring Bottle Opener, a Permanent Vacation motel room key, and a hidden babe magnet.
Our team strives to bring attention to every detail. That's why every pair of shorts come equipped with polyurethane dipped drawcords, an interior stash pocket, striped poplin binding and interior waistband, and metal eyelets.
Our line of premium tees are printed exclusively on Comfort Color®blank shirts. Comfort Color is the standard for quality, fabric weight, and hand feel. Like our shorts, the tees are pigment dyed and washed to have a vintage look and feel. We use unique print techniques such as Puff Ink, Flocking, and Crackle.
For all purchases, returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product if they are: unused, unworn, and in an "as new" sellable condition as determined by us in our sole discretion. Only items purchased through partypantsusa.com may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase. Refunds are based on applicable product and tax charges once the merchandise is received. Please allow 14 days for us to process the credit to your card. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Items that are returned damaged and/or are not considered re-sellable are subject to a fee up to $30 per item determined by us in our sole discretion.
Party Pants offers free returns on full price sales only. The customer is responsible for any return postage on any sale or promotional items.
Any promotional items such as a free gift with purchase must be returned with the original order in order to receive a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned, the full price of the promotional item will be deducted from the return.
Due to high volume and inventory fluctuations, we do not currently offer exchanges since we can't guarantee the desired style/size will still be in stock once a returned order is received.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please return the original item, and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
