Shipping Policy

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 10 AM PST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 10 AM PST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Processing typically takes 24 to 48 hours. During peak times, processing time may take longer (holidays, promotions, etc.).

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Party Pants cannot be held responsible for late shipments or conditions that are out of our control (severe weather, service interruptions, etc.). 

Party Pants is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery (neighbors, roommates, leasing office, etc.)
  • Check your mailbox
  • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.

If the tracking confirms the package was "delivered", neither Party Pants nor the carrier service is responsible.

We currently do not process orders over the weekend and on holidays. Our shipping partners do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday. 

We are unable to make adjustments to shipping methods once an order has been placed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
